Wnt/β-カテニンパスウェイインヒビター
iCRT14は β-カテニン感応転写阻害剤のチアゾリジンジオンクラスに属します。iCRT14は Dishevelled蛋白のレベルを低下させ、T-細胞因子（TCF）とDNAとの結合を調整します。 これにより、直腸癌細胞の増殖と腫瘍の成長を一定の割合で減少させることができます。
iCRT14は、Wnt/β-カテニンパスウェイのインヒビターです。カテニン応答性転写(CRT)レポーター遺伝子をはじめ、内在性の遺伝子標的を強力に阻害します。また、iCRT14はβ-カテニンとTCF4の相互作用を用量依存的に破壊し、大腸癌細胞株のG0/G1停止を引き起こすことが報告されています。
