生物化学的／生理学的作用
Biotinyl tyramideは、免疫組織染色（IHC）とインサイツハイブリダイゼーションの両方のプロトコルのために、発色検出または蛍光検出のいずれかを用いるtyramideシグナル増幅のために使用される試薬です。 プローブの事前結合の後、HRP標識抗体またはストレプトアビジンコンジュゲートを用いてプローブを二次検出します。 HRPによる触媒作用は、プローブのごく近辺での複数のbiotinyl tyramide分子の沈着を引き起こし、それが標識ストレプトアビジンコンジュゲートにより検出されます。 検出感度は、従来の検出手順と比べると100倍以上になります。
